Healing of The Heart: Why I did It?

From shame to healing. From doubt to faith. From surviving to thriving.

Healing of the Heart is a podcast about overcoming shame, deep unbelief, and the wounds of the past. As a former teen mother, I carried feelings of shame, doubt, and unworthiness for many years. Yet through faith, healing, and unexpected providence, my life was transformed.

This podcast shares my personal journey of healing, growth, and restoration. Together, we will explore topics such as self-worth, family relationships, trauma, resilience, faith, and the courage to embrace a new story.

If you have ever felt broken, forgotten, or defined by your past, this podcast is for you. Join me as we discover that healing is possible, hope is real, and triumph can emerge from our deepest pain.
